Eurody is a platform that connects job seekers ("Seekers") with employers ("employers"). We provide tools for posting jobs, creating profiles, and facilitating job applications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice to you.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any consequences thereof. You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

Your Account: If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Content

This means that you, and not Eurody, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eurody and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
